Login Information: Students and Staff with a UAL email account, please click on the Login button in the Student/Staff Portal Login box.

System Downtime: The UAL Portal will be unavailable on Thursday 31st July 2025 from 7am to 9am (BST) due to essential system maintenance.

UAL Applicant Portal unavailable

Due to restrictions placed on us by UCAS, known as the UCAS Embargo, the UAL Applicant Portal will be unavailable to undergraduate applicants and offer holders during the dates and times listed. Times are shown in BST (British Summer Time).

4pm Monday 28 July until 9am Tuesday 5 August 2025
9pm Thursday 7 August until 8am Thursday 14 August 2025

To make a deposit and/or tuition fee payment whilst the UAL Portal is unavailable, use our official payment partner Flywire. Visit arts.flywire.com.

During both embargo periods no matter what study level you’ve applied for, you won’t receive any email notifications from UAL about your application or offer.

UAL Staff and in-country representatives with access to view applicant details may also be unable to do so during embargo.
